Endless Tears

Teardrops that can’t be held in,
Flow from these swollen eyes.
As your memory haunts me again,
And fills my soul with sighs.

Helpless to stop this pain,
I drop to my knees and cry,
The tears that fall like pouring rain,
Won’t stop no matter how hard I try.

Your sweet love I tried to keep,
But my efforts were all in vain,
You left me here alone to weep,
And slowly go insane.

I gave to you all I had to give,
Now all that remains are fears.
How long will I have to I live,
With these endless tears?
